Your response to the review in EPW exemplifies the rigour with which you had undertaken the task of writing the book.Despite the constraints like the denial of sabbatical leave, you have authored a neat, readable and effective book.It is also possible that you took the constraints as a challenge to be overcome and therefore put in better than your best to come up with a chef d'oeuvre.
I read the first two chapters today and the zeal of IIMA's founders is really aspiring.
It's always interesting to read all the comments and informative news and site news, etc. Thanks for all the responses and topics.
